Village Romp

Another Shovel Knight cover. I've been trying to get a working sound out of this track for a while. This track took a different approach for me. Gone are the guitar sounds I've used before. Replacing them is the DAC channel using a randomized custom waveform. The original chipset for the Genesis could be jerryrigged to play more than one sample at the same time, so this one is playing three or four depending on the situation. Drums are them FM and Noise based. I like the sound alot and I'll be remembering it for later tracks.

This "mix of all mixes" includes bits from both Arid Canyon Zone acts, spanning over a decade of iterations. It also includes parts from the "Woodlice West" mix heard in Roly Poly Putt. You can even hear bits of the tune that never made it in-game!
