The precise source material will have to remain unidentified this time out, but any crossword buffs reading this will have no doubt already spotted which legendary Italian producer's name 'More Dore' is very nearly an anagram of, so that's a start! Elsewhere, 'Reinhood Times' is a very Euro in feel and will appeal to fans of artists like Goldfrapp, Moloko or Christine & The Queens with its angular synth-pop and ice queen vocal, while the pulsing, throbbing and surprisingly pacey 'L'Amoure' plays us out in classic Italo style.

@sorrydaddyrec's V.A named "Daddy Tapes" was born with the aim of expanding unexplored spaces in national and future international electronic music, working with artists who are starting their careers and with artists already established in the scene, Sorry promises to deliver this month a work even more concise, strong and exciting, called DADDY TAPES VOL.002.

The release of V.A Daddy Tapes Vol.001 marked the national music scene, bringing the Electro aspect as the main aesthetic, eventually being nominated as “Break Beat Fighters” by Alataj. Receiving highlights on large national and international channels and a lot of support from great artists around the world, during its 6 months of release it collected more than 10k listeners.

In Daddy Tapes Vol.002, which will be released on 03/20/23, we bring the result of the compilation of 23 artists from the Latin American scene, exploring electro in its multiple sub-strands, with digital, square sounds and always flirting with other trends like House and Techno!

With the ideal of representation, inclusion and good music, we are really happy to be able to carry out another edition of this handmade and INDEPENDENT project!! We would like to thank all the artists who are participating in the compilation and everyone who was part of it in some way.
