The words of Genesis tell us that on the "third day" the earth was created. "Let the water gather and dry land appear", this is how our lands were born? our commander Anatolians Weapons answers this question with a sound triptych that with hypnotic waves will keep you connected to our beloved dancefloor for a long time.

Aggelos Baltas is a veteran of the global electronic music scene, responsible for a handful of celebrated EBM 12”s as Dream Weapons, and a particularly heady and open-ended brand of krautrock as Fantastikoi Hxoi. 

His newest project, Anatolian Weapons, was conceived as a way to bring together these two seemingly mismatched concepts, with the polyrhythmic percussion and wailing tones of Greek folk music serving as their unlikely bonding.

Homeless Trax is a collection of tracks without home, which despite the nos and maybes still wanted to see the light of the day. I will include several remixer in the series. The second volume includes a remix from the duo we.amps they provide an uptempo version of “I Feel The Sea”, and another remix from the eccentric Marco Dassi with his nu-break vision of “Handie”. The original trax don’t follow a gender line as always but are expression of several emotions of the moment.

@sorrydaddyrec's V.A named "Daddy Tapes" was born with the aim of expanding unexplored spaces in national and future international electronic music, working with artists who are starting their careers and with artists already established in the scene, Sorry promises to deliver this month a work even more concise, strong and exciting, called DADDY TAPES VOL.002.

The release of V.A Daddy Tapes Vol.001 marked the national music scene, bringing the Electro aspect as the main aesthetic, eventually being nominated as “Break Beat Fighters” by Alataj. Receiving highlights on large national and international channels and a lot of support from great artists around the world, during its 6 months of release it collected more than 10k listeners.

In Daddy Tapes Vol.002, which will be released on 03/20/23, we bring the result of the compilation of 23 artists from the Latin American scene, exploring electro in its multiple sub-strands, with digital, square sounds and always flirting with other trends like House and Techno!

With the ideal of representation, inclusion and good music, we are really happy to be able to carry out another edition of this handmade and INDEPENDENT project!! We would like to thank all the artists who are participating in the compilation and everyone who was part of it in some way.
