EPM Podcast 152 comes from Colombian electronic artist, Binary Algorithms. Binary Algorithms is Andrés Ávila, founder of Furatena and mastermind behind the Neo-Tunja concept who describes himself as a Transhumanist. Bringing his unique electronic touch to the EPM podcast series he fuses electro, techno and IDM tracks into a glorious electronic stew. Podcast #152 features Lok44, Assembler Code x Jensen Interceptor, Joey Beltram, Mike Huckaby, Cyan85, The Hacker and several of his forthcoming productions.

As both a DJ and producer, he's worked on futuristic electro, ambient and breaks, usually preferring versatility over generic patterns and sounds. However, he takes issue with the term "electro" and the way people tend to use the word making reference to mainstream electronic music, instead preferring to describe what he does as "Elektro".

Andrés dived into electro around 2018 but it was not until 2021, when he decided to create Furatena, that he named himself ‘Binary Algorithms’. Since then, he has mostly appeared on V/A compilations and has become more prolific as a producer than as a DJ. He's released numerous tracks on different labels around the globe, consequently being part of the new LATAM electro movement.
