Greetings SoundCloud community.  Please enjoy my new recording, an instrumental (most of it) cover version of The Who's Baba O'Riley.  Just one thing to keep in mind: If you're familiar with the original song, you know how complex that ending is with the violin and how it franticly comes to a close with that faster and faster crescendo.  Because of that, I didn't go so far as to try to imitate that ending of the song 100% exactly; rather, I do play some of the violin melody and then sort of fade out the song in my own way.  Hope you all don't mind.  Other than that, I think you'll agree that for the most part I really captured the essence of the original track.  Please enjoy.

Hardware/software used: PC running Windows 10 Home x64, Yamaha MOXF6 master keyboard, Pro Tools 12, bundled Pro Tools plug-ins as well as SynthMaster by KV331 Audio, additional mastering provided by LANDR.

I just got myself a Roland JX-3P, so I was like, let's make something stringy! And then I was like, it needs more strings!

Most instruments come from JX-3P: the strings (except the cello), bass, piano and the swoosh sound called "Jet".
