Epic mix i can just imagine how good it would have been on the d floor 

Here's a mix from the year 2000, recently rediscovered in an old CD wallet.. The cover is missing (for now) so please enjoy this picture of two kittens having a cuddle while I try to sort that out.. 

Expect fast mixing, high tempos, dirty ghetto house tracks from Chicago, plus some slick Detroit electro.. Some explicit language and sex themes, so warn your neighbours when you play this really loud and dance around your living rooms for what I hope will be just about the last goddam time..! 

We're on a road to nowhere in Melbourne, still, and it's time to get those nightclubs and dance floors happening once again.. But for this weekend at least, hold onto your hats and shake your motherfucking booty..!

Since 'I ❤️ 3181 Thursdays' launched under new management in July last year, it has been a pleasure watching the night grow week-by-week, while having the opportunity to play a handful of times at the beloved Revolver Upstairs since then.
I thought it was time to share my first live recording of 2023, after playing 10 - 11:30pm last Thursday evening, where I followed the dinner set from Hans DC.
The set flows between a subtle mix of genres with a deep underground essence, tantalised with a few crowd favourites.

Eric Stark touched down in Australia 5 years ago, bringing with him a decade's worth of European electronic music and industry knowledge. Making the move from France to London in 2009, he made waves in the city that shaped rave culture in the Northern Hemisphere. Performing sets at electronic music institutions including Fabric, The EGG, Mode and The Qube Project, he was also booked to perform at Glastonbury and Kazantip- two festivals that pull some of the biggest acts globally.

Since his arrival to Melbourne, Eric has contributed constantly to our music industry by not only by being booked for shows with Thick as Thieves and Novel (amongst many others) but also by running his own SUPERNATURE parties, being the music director at MOTION festival, producing his own music and curating selectors for various other projects and venues including the "Weekly Selector" at Terror Twillight.

Dance floor focused, Eric Stark feeds off the crowd and assures to deliver all that they want whilst taking them on his own artistic journey. You’ll find home on the dance floor for this set!
