The 8th Episode of Lux Cast welcomes U/ME for my show, also known as Gabe Real from US & Arun Krishnamurthy from India for a special organic euphoric journey, both are talented artists in their own way and are part of radio stations like Saturo Sounds & ODH Radio.

About Artist:
Arun, a visionary DJ and Producer hailing from the garden city of India, Bangalore! His journey ignited in early 2008 within the realms of Deep and Progressive House, fuelled by an unwavering passion for the deep and organic sonic realms.

Brought up in Bangalore's musical tapestry, he absorbed diverse influences, nurturing a profound love for music. Drawing inspiration from legends like Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, and Deadmau5, He embarked on a path of musical mastery, seamlessly weaving Deep and Progressive House genres into his own unique sonic tapestry.

His musical journey took flight when he started experimenting with production software's and discovered his innate ability to craft innovative tracks. Melding melodious elements with infectious rhythms, his creations echo his devotion to Organic,Deep House, and Progressive House, fashioning an irresistible sonic journey that keeps dance floors grooving.

Underground Colombo (UC) was envisioned by Kushan Dissanayake, and his co-founder, Kasun Dissanayake, who is known as Kais D. This dynamic duo, driven by their shared passion for underground music, embarked on this journey together in 2016.

Inspired by the vibrant energy of Sri Lanka's music scene, they had a vision—to cultivate a close-knit community that immersed itself in the rhythms they cherished. Alongside them was their best friend, Buddika Wijebandara, forming an unbreakable trio.

Their first step was the establishment of a Facebook community, a digital haven for kindred spirits, which rapidly flourished and now boasts a dedicated following of 15,000 strong. But that was only the beginning.

Determined to take their passion to the next level, they decided to launch their own SoundCloud page. This expansion was made possible with the unwavering support of Azmara Veera, a pivotal figure in UC's journey. She, along with the team, contributed creative forces that allowed UC to venture into new territories. 

However, UC isn't solely about music; it's a dynamic, all-encompassing experience. They added a unique visual and editorial flair to UC, making it an aesthetic delight.

Underground Colombo on SoundCloud is more than just a platform; it's a testament to the commitment and dedication of these individuals and the community they've nurtured. The beats, melodies, and sonic landscapes come to life through this collaborative effort.

International DJ based in Marbella, Spain, having over 20 years of experience around Europe and Asia.
Born and raised in Ukraine, he began his music career in the early 2000s, performing as DJ and organising showcases in his native country and far beyond its borders.  
Over the weekend he can perform at numerous venues. After opening the evening with soulful & deep house music in restaurants and pre-parties, Newman usually moves to night clubs, playing intensive house & techno rhythms. And when the sun rises up, he can be spotted at various after-parties, delivering massive progressive sound.

In the mid-2010s he moved to Vietnam, where he went on arranging exclusive events and touring throughout Southeast Asia.
Nowadays Newman lives in Spain, continuing to pursue his passion for music and travel.

Technical and spiritual elements of his music vision have been developing over the years.
Giving preferences to various genres, he eventually formed his unique style, where mesmerising depth goes together with strong dynamics, immersing listeners into the atmosphere of surrealism and phantasmagoria, allowing to perceive full interconnection between your body and soul..
