Gothenburg is not only home to the most skilled and adventurous known seafarers, but also to our next “Circulating Waves” adept Anomali, who has been part of the local underground scene there for over 20 years. He was throwing parties, djed and produced in many different contexts and styles, until he discovered Deep and Hypnotic Techno, that led him to his signature sound, in which he is combining ever loved textures from Ambient, Techno and Psychedelic Trance. Finding his musical home made him focus on bringing his distinct vision to the dancefloor and beyond, creating exceptional moments of hypnotic bliss.

Dauntless as the well known Swedish sailors, Anomali is navigating us through the ever turning waters, spicing his rhythmic and energetic mix with just the right amount of psychedelic textures, dark atmospheres and emotional contemplation.

Every entity is born somewhere into the vastness of existence, developing into a vibrating, interchanging particle just to finally perish… nothing is forever and still nothing is ever lost, just transformed into a new appearance. The connection between all things is utterly vital and the endlessly flowing streams all have the same root. 

The Mayans understood this as Imox and we invited Luna as its musical preacher.

Born in Argentina, growing up by the wind and the sea of the marvelous island of La Gomera and now hailing from the catalan capital of Barcelona, she experimented with different genres until she found her sound marked by high mental, organic and enveloping content.

The divine concept of Imox is strongly perceptible in her provided mix, as she perfectly blends tracks defined by hypnotic grooves, tribal elements and cosmic textures into a progressive, evolving journey with breathtaking intensity.

Nils Edte is an artist based in Stuttgart. Driven by his passion for music, he has evolved in the hypnotic ambient techno scene. His deep, organic and atmospherical sound identity was inspired by the classic genres and nature ambience and textures. As a huge supporter of the local culture scene, he also engages in different kinds of artistic creations and especially the connections between the different Arts.
Together with Laima Adelaide and Tama he is part of the Stuttgart based label Predawn Records.

@bassywax is the creative character and parallel reality from Asier Arias, a Donostia based dj and producer. Deep lover of sonic storytellings, intimate dancefloor gatherings, psychedelia and vinyl records, he is co-founder of Nigma (@nigma-dss), a collective and party series focused on developing a local techno scene around Donostia, north of Spain. 

Big nerd in the studio, Bassywax is also a fan of both psychedelia and analogue format in the production realm. His productions are characterized by a sound design focus with lots of details and layers to get lost. Evolving from promoter into label developer, 2024 is the year in which he develops @slippery-yard and Obtuse Swamp, two vinyl and digital labels focused on intimate psychedelic ecosystems, both more dancefloor focused or with an experimental direction, merging both curated aesthetics and music approach into an imaginary lysergic universe.

Every Year Donostia-San Sebastian holds its anual unfamous Jazz festival, Jazzaldia. In this year edition, @nigma.dss and @dabadabass organized a special club night inviting Eric Cloutier to visit the local scene. 
This is the live recording of Bassywax as warm up for him.

Primal Code is the collaboration of two producers from Milano, Gabriele and Davide. Their sound search is characterized by natural soundscape recordings, hypnotic grooves and nostalgic atmospheres. Their first official release inaugurated a new Hypnus Records Series, titled Serum out on 4th November (hypnus.bandcamp.com/album/eteru).
