'Cuánto Cuesta' is a simmering pot of pure joy. A bubbling bass line has the track on a low boil throughout while luscious, buoyant synths intimately jostle alongside bold but allaying piano chords. Classic breaks snap in the back while a gently acidic lead flexes in and out of focus and the resultant groove sends out a clear and cosy invitation to get loose.

A regular on Johannes Albert's Frank Music's label and Tensnake's True Romance, Claus Casper chips in with his 'No Tengo Dinero' remix - a fortified revision that packs an extra punch with a layered snare, cow bells and an open hat that seasons the groove with a little bite and snap.

Rolling snare fills punctuate the track as Claus creates ramps for sections that showcase his indisputable chops on the keys. Berlin’s live-electronic visionaries GHEIST join forces with Ukraine’s melodic house prodigy 8Kays for Flowers & Guns, a collaboration that blurs the lines between indie dance and progressive house. Following GHEIST’s Searching Places EP, which drew acclaim for its original tracks and remixes from Mark Hoffen, Oliver Koletzki, and Unfazed, this partnership marks a new chapter of artistic synergy.

"This track is the most special one for me so far," shares 8Kays. "It was born from hearing a spectacular and profound idea from GHEIST, which immediately inspired me to start working on it, incorporating a live piano performance and the arrangement I wanted to embrace with the sound I produced. Later, GHEIST shaped the project into the final version we hear today: a tender and emotionally deep piece of music that I am truly grateful to be part of."

Must Get There marks the debut for Majestique on Eskimo Recordings. The original is situated in that wide area we call “disco” and is backed with remixes by Martin Dubka and Drop Out Orchestra.

Bursting from the digital underground is Majestique, a Dutch production duo that grew up in the mid eighties. After they ran into each other, they discovered a shared passion for strange chords, running arpeggiators and dusty drum computers. A passion that is possibly programmed in their brains by influencers like Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis and Giorgio Moroder. With sudden access to unlimited analog machines, it felt like a higher power was trying to tell these guys it was time to create something timeless in a digital era where music is consumed so quickly.

Must Get There is taken from the upcoming Eskimo compilation that will be out after summer.
