"Super Hero" is a retro based "self talk anthem". The synthesizer emotes a feeling of determination and perseverance that is complimented by the "vintage sounding vocals". The lyrics talk about believing in one's own abilities and strengths, as this is the key to doing "heroic things" that one dreams of.

The structure is a beat crescendo that sees the beats layering up and then breaking down again.
