Hey everyone! I'm back with my last place poll winner, an original fan theme this time: a conceptual final dungeon theme for a hypothetical Xenoblade Chronicles 4!

The themes for Mechonis Field, The World Tree, and Origin are some of my favorite tracks from the Xenoblade series so I wanted to do an original take on an equivalent track for Xenoblade 4 that does them justice. This track of course takes heavy inspiration from the aforementioned themes, but also some inspiration from Xenoblade Chronicles X. I also just like getting the opportunity to make something more atmospheric for a change, it was fun.

Now what exactly is my concept for this area? Well, the 'LOTUS' is effectively a giant orbital strike cannon akin to the Space Colony ARK from Sonic Adventure 2. I imagine that during a pivotal moment in 4's story, the LOTUS will fire at and destroy a location within the game's world that was important to the main cast or their progression in some way. You wouldn't enter it until the ending of the game, however. 

Before the weapon fires, it charges a buttload of Ether by mechanical panels that are on top of the structure which resemble the petal of a lotus flower that "bloom" when the weapon is charging, which is where it gets its name. One small tidbit I imagine is for this to also be a slightly Japanese-inspired area while also being sci-fi focused.

For those of you who are on my Discord, you'll know I stated that I'm into creative writing as well. Well, one of my concepts is for a hypothetical Xenoblade Chronicles 4 including this area. Maybe we'll explore that concept more further down the line, who knows?

Hey everyone, I'm back with another track, this time a remix from Sonic Dream Team! This track is technically a request by  one of my YouTube commenters, but I felt like if any stage from this game made it in to Shadow Generations, it'd have been this one.

Dream Team is a game I've never played, but after doing a little bit of research for this video, I found that the music in it is extremely... Bland. There's not a lot going on in its soundtrack, and especially in this track. My idea here was to kind of do this in the style of a S.A.M.E. remix, so it probably sounds completely different from the original track. I wanted to give it some more movement and energy, while also mixing the three act themes together since they're all very short themes.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this!

Hey everybody! It's been a little while, but I'm back with the first place poll winner: the Act 2 counterpart to my Shrouded Forest remix!

I wanted to do what Generations usually does and get a bit more creative with the 2D act theme, so that's what I did here. In the same vein as Shadow Generations, the Act 2 theme is more EDM-ified than the Act 1. This mostly takes inspiration from Kingdom Valley and Chaos Island's Act 2 themes, but I kind of just went with my usual EDM dubstep style here as well.

Hey everyone, I'm back!

This has been a rather hectic week for me, between getting sick with the flu (I'm better now!), having one of my friends visit and dealing with college work, it's safe for me to say that a lot of things got in the way of me finish this when I wanted to. But it's finally here! I promise you won't have to wait this long again for a good while.

This is my second place poll winner. Out of all the Genshin Impact main themes, this one was probably the easiest for me to transform into a Sonic-styled track using Aquarium Park from Sonic Colors as a basis for it. I wanted to mix the feel of Sonic water level tracks with that sort of Bossa Nova jazz feel Rouge's levels have in Sonic Adventure 2, though in my personal opinion the drum and bass overtakes it a little bit. I also wanted to include some things that Fontaine has in its soundtrack, specifically lots of chimes, vocals, and of course the mandolin.

No why did I choose Rouge and Omega for this area? I felt like there was a lot of potential here, and Fontaine just kind of gave me Rouge energy (and yes Spina di Rosina does kind of factor into that, but that's besides the point). Decided to include Omega too because of the fact that he's sort of similar to Fontaine's Meks. I'm surprised nobody guessed these two prior to me releasing this, I thought they were the perfect fit.

This song will be featured in our game "Megabombers Multiverse", though where I can't tell you (that would be spoilers) but I was proud of how it turned out, so I wanted to get it out there. Hey everyone! Here's my take on Babylon Garden for Shadow Generations!

I've gotten a lot of requests to do a Sonic Riders remix, and I remember seeing a request for this one specifically (though I admit I don't remember from whom specifically) so this is the one I decided to do. I've never played Sonic Riders myself, so I don't know much about it personally, but this was a fun remix to do.

I feel like if a Sonic Riders level was in Shadow Generations, it'd probably be a Doom Surf level because I feel that's the closest Doom Power to the Extreme Gear.

Hey everyone! I’m back with a redux of one of my older but more popular videos: my fanmade Columbina weekly boss theme!

I’ve been planning to remaster this for a while now honestly, but when I saw Columbina revealed to not only be in Nod-Krai, but possibly central to it’s plotline in the new animated teaser I knew now was the time to do it. I attempted to make this sound like it could actually be a song from Genshin Impact, but with my limitation to digital instruments for orchestration (and a lack of access to a real choir or vocalist), it makes it difficult to perfectly match Genshin’s musical style. I admit I listened to a lot of songs from the game while making this remaster, mostly other Fatui Harbinger’s themes, in order to try and perfect the style.

Now for the actual concept for the fight this time… I don’t really have one. Well, I mean I don’t really have a full one. I have some scattered ideas, like Columbina possibly powering/becoming the Fatui’s ‘false moon’ which is why they needed to find her or something like that, hence the title of the intermediate cutscene theme, but that’s about it. In my original concept, when I made this back before Natlan’s release, I had the idea that Columbina would be somehow related to the Crimson Moon/Ronova (without even knowing Ronova was going to be playing a big role in Naltan’s plot) and that Natlan would go back to the typical “Fatui bad” plots that we had been getting before Fontaine, but I understand the decision they chose with the Fatui in Natlan and personally didn’t dislike it. But with Nod-Krai seemingly focusing on the Fatui as a more antagonistic force again, I could see Columbina being the final boss of its Archon Quest more than I could see it for Natlan’s. But this time, I’d like to hear you guys’ ideas for this potential weekly boss fight.

I know some may see this as a departure from my usual modern content, but I’ve been wanting to get back into doing Genshin Impact stuff like this for a while since I personally find it fun to do. Other stuff, such as the ever-so-popular Sonic remixes and mashups, will still come of course. But I’d also like to do some more content like this so that I don’t start feeling bored of doing the same thing every time I make a new track.

Anyways, that’s about all there is to say on this. Apologies for the long wait. I know I say this every time, but I always like to be transparent with you guys and college is yet again getting in the way of me uploading consistently (mostly because finals week is next week for me). It’s not terrible, but it’s enough to where the algorithm is kind of kicking my butt right now. Though this time it was partially my fault, since I could have waited to make this until after I had finished the Xenoblade Chronicles 4 conceptual final boss theme featured on the last poll (I’m still working on that btw) but that trailer coming out really made me want to tackle this now. Hey everyone! Here's a follow-up to my previous Xenoblade song; the final boss theme for my hypothetical Xenoblade Chronicles 4 concept!

This was a difficult song to make. I knew from the start that I wanted it to be connected to the Lotus, but I wasn't sure whether to lean more into the Zanza style or the Aion/Z style for the song, so I decided to attempt to combine them into one with this.

As for the concept for the fight itself, I imagine that you'd fight this boss (probably the true villain of the game) on top of the Lotus from the previous Xenoblade 4 video (go read the description of that if you haven't) as it is about to fire, hence the title of the song. Now I know this had a different title on the poll I did, but I ended up not liking that title and decided to change it.
