This is the first take of a previous upload, I had recorded this one but then decided I wanted to shoot a video to go with it, so I did another take with the video and that ended up being the one I went with.  After a further listen I decided it was worth an upload too, so I did a little mastering with the excellent Newfangled Audio plugins, otherwise all the same info applies to this one, it was recorded the same day and in the same way.
