Spartaque reappears in the Tulipa gardens with Vortex, a dark flowerbomb that rumbles like a wedge tornado ripping through the Great Plains. Each individual beat is powered by Mother Nature and she showcases her overpowering strength through Spartaque. Misstress Barbara and Aquarell both redirect the Vortex winds into separate columns of spinning air. The Original Mix, when presented alongside the two twirling remixes, create a trio of twisters worthy of future research from atmospheric/techno scientists. Italian acclaimed DJ/producer Frankyeffe is back on Reload Black, once again delivering ounces of groove through his brand new single, tilted 'Illusion'.

The track starts off with a stomping bassline laced with looped-out vocal snippets, while frantic claps and busy arrangement set the tone, leaving metallic percussion to provide the momentum and evolving synths to reinforce the energetic vibe. Things get kicked up a notch when tasty chords are employed, leaving just enough space for the hypnotic atmospherics to ensure a jet-back ride into the night.

The labels 10th release comes straight out of Scotland, as Gary Beck makes his debut on WATB with “Just One More”. Gary is no stranger when it comes to producing true underground techno, but the title track on this release is also accompanied with a standout vocal which some might not expect.

Finishing off the package “Round My Place” has a mechanical vibe to it, powering some dark eerie synth horns with a distinctive, clever hook in classic Gary Beck style. Alan has been hammering this one out in his sets since April, safe to say its been a hit!
