"Albert Bridge" is an original instrumental piece of work composed, arranged and recorded during lockdown. No matter how or when we interact with music, it's the hallmark to many important moments in our lives. This is a smooth jazz track. The Albert Bridge has always provoked an emotion of joy, inspiration, beauty and a new dawn. Timbre is the term for the colour, or sound, of music. Here the interplay between the saxophone, piano and vibes is self evident. AWIS is a wonderful saxophonist I met busking on London's Underground. Omar Rios is a brilliant young guirarist from Nicaragua and has a bright future ahead of him. "iAy Caramba!" means "Damn it!" in Spanish. A Latin Rock composition influenced by Carlos Santana. "Heart to Earth" is a funky instrumental. American saxophonist Kevon Scott delivers a stirring solo in this tune. With the planet in need of some serious TLC, the song seeks to evoke a dialogue about the environment.
The composition required an urgent sound in the style of Gato Barbieri. A funky electric clavinet has been added to give it a strong rhythmic feel.

Song for Stroller - In 2018 I lost a very good friend. This composition is dedicated to the memory of Ian Dennison.
Faustov from the Ukraine, an excellent saxophonist played the lead. 
When arranging the song I tried to portray Ian's exhuberance. Hs love of life, music, family and friends. Enjoy!!

Chasing Shadows - This is a composition written with Gregory Porter in mind. I was therefore looking for a great baritone crooner when I discovered Miles Elliot. The song is a jazz ballad with a haunting tenor sax weaving itself through the song. I brought in Matteo Passarelli to add a wonderful piano part.  Sax - Mark Douthit. Mica Franco provided a harmony in the chorus. Mixed by Joe Sage at Nevis Audio in Liverpool.
