Ten Brains! Much can be achieved with One Brain, so it begs the question: how much goodness can be conceived with Ten?! There is a very clear and definitive answer, concealed in the aural fine print of the debut Ten Brains release, PIPE, which finds a cosy home on Houses in Motion.

Crisp and emotionally pervasive, the record is punctuated by playful basslines, melodic quips and bouncing broken beats; as fitting in the rainforest as in a jungle of heaving bodies in a dark room.

Taking the reins for the flipside’s reinterpretations are trusty pilots RP and Andy Garvey, who both add a large helping of heat and euphoria to the mix.

The future sound of now is here, tomorrow and always, courtesy of Ten Brains.

Earlier this year, Ataxia released their brilliant 'Oblivion' EP on Planet E Communications. They also have forthcoming releases due on 20/20 Vision & Play It Say It

Ataxiaʼs discography includes releases on long standing, iconic imprints KMS, Trapez & Nervous Records, alongside records on modern classics This and That Lab, Visionquest & Leftroom. Their music has been featured on BBC Radio 1, Ministry of Sound, plus they’ve had their music appear on !K7 mix albums by Carl Craig & Stacey Pullen.

As DJs, the duo hold down a 10 year residency at Detroitʼs world famous TV Lounge, and host their regular “Friday Night Machines” series at Motownʼs increasingly respected Marble Bar. 7 appearances at Movement, a decade of WMC, a trio of appearances for The BPM Festival, plus recent European debuts at BPM Portugal, Sisyphos in Berlin & Pikeʼs Ibiza are highlights in their tour diary.

With all of the world travel, time travel & parties, Ataxia still strives to let the music do the talking.
