I can’t believe that this is the first time I’ve edited Our Li, but here we are. I’ve taken his 1986 guilty pleasure Dancing On The Ceiling and given it a light dusting of Funkier magic. Not done loads to it - slight beefing, some chopping up to bring in a few less familiar bits from the extended cut… and unusually for me I’ve brought the BPM down a bit! 

The track itself is about 6 mins long - I had to add some extra stuff on the end to avoid it getting taken down by Soundcloud. The download is just the track though!

Balter started his DJ career in 1998. Specializes in Disco, 80’s, 90’s, Nu Disco, House and Tech House. In 2001 he gave life and became Disco music programe host for “Studio 6.20”. At that very moment, he also worked for Stereo 100; which is still to this day well known for their program “Back To Disco”. Currently, he is co-founder of social events like Grooveland Festival, October’s greatest Tortured Souls Disco Inferno, Deja Vu Nights, Poolside Grooves, Disco Knights and most recently, Soul Remedies. So if you want someone that’s going to blow you away with classy yet energetic grooves, this is your way to dance nights away!

London-based DJ, producer and radio host Even Funkier weaves together Disco, Funk, House, Soul, Boogie, Jazz, Hip Hop and Global delights to create something fresh, irresistibly funky and downright groovy. He plays tunes from across the decades, genres and BPMs, mixing up hidden gems with tried and tested favourites, with a focus on sweet, sweet Disco music brought right up to date for modern dancefloors.

As a DJ he’s taken his trademark rollercoaster genre-fluid sets to locations including Glastonbury, ADE and Westival, playing parties for Midnight Riot, Good Custard, Project Bango, Pineapple Police Horse and DiscNoTheque.
