35yrs ago in Germany every now and then I'd see a band the Nize Boys and they did a song called "Bar of Last Resorts" I don't remember the song but I loved the idea so I wrote my own. Inspiration comes from best memories or the worst...enjoy.

Like a lot of musicians and songwriters, I've been using the coronavirus shutdown as a time to work intensively on a new album that's slowly been taking shape over the past few months. "Shelter for Your Soul" is the first of the new songs I'll be uploading in the weeks ahead. It features the fabulous Wendy Lynn Staats on violin. (Wendy is the multitalented drummer/ violinist/ singer for the Madison band Sunspot.)
Main guitars are my Gretsch 2420 hollowbody and my '66 Guild Starfire XII.
