For Los Angeles-based singer and multi-instrumentalist MILCK, music is a sanctuary. In her words, “Music is the one place where I can simply be me. When I’m singing my lyrics, I don’t have to be feminine enough, strong enough, American enough, or Asian enough—I can just be a soul that yearns to feel free.” 

MILCK’s life took a 180 degree turn after a cell phone video of her performing her song “Quiet” with a choir of 25 strangers at the 2017 Women’s March went viral. Soon it was being echoed and interpreted by groups around the world, from the US to Sweden to Ghana. “Quiet” was named Billboard’s #1 protest song of the year and earned distinction as part of NPR’s “American Anthem” series. And in 2018, it brought MILCK to the March’s main stage in New York City, where she performed alongside the legendary Yoko Ono. 

Having “cemented her status as one of music’s voices for the women’s movement,” MILCK continues to use music as a means to work towards social justice. Written amidst protests for Black Lives Matter, MILCK’s timely and poignant new song “Somebody’s Beloved” (Ft. Bipolar Sunshine) chronicles the life-shattering effects of systemic racism in America. In partnership with writer/director, Tom Shadyac and his Tennessee-based non-profit, One Family Memphis Foundation, MILCK has created a deeply moving narrative video that will arrive alongside the song on October 15th.

Gold Coast alternative/rock outfit Mass Sky Raid formed in 2011, releasing their debut EP ‘Courage Under Fire’ mid 2013, securing physical distribution to Australian retailers via MGM. Off the back of receiving strong media reviews – including a 4.5 out of 5 star rating in rock bible Blunt Magazine – Mass Sky Raid secured support slots with high profile Australian bands including Dead Letter Circus and Twelve Foot Ninja as well as UK exports I Am Giant. 

Several tracks from the EP as well as follow-up standalone singles “Oceans” and “Enemy” received airplay on rock radio shows around Australia including Triple M, 4ZZZ and 2FBi, in addition to over 40 stations in the US, Asia, South America and Europe, including BBC1 & BBC6 in London. 

Mass Sky Raid have done all their recording to date at Loose Stones Studios alongside owner/producer/mix engineer Matt Bartlem, with both ARIA award-winning producer and Loose Stones native Forrester Savell and producer J.R. McNeely (Nashville TN, US) weighing in on mixing duties. Mastering has been balanced over time between Sterling Sound’s Grammy Award winning heavyweights, Tom Coyne and Ted Jensen. 

Mass Sky Raid announced their highly anticipated follow-up single "Oceans" in August 2014 to an exceedingly warm public and industry reception, with Dead Letter Circus frontman Kim Benzie describing it as "... one of the catchiest heavy rock songs I have heard in ages... " Celebrated by a successful east coast Australian tour later that year, Mass Sky Raid ran the eastern shores again in March 2015 with their sprawling sophomore standalone single "Enemy" before mostly retreating back into the studio where they’re currently in the final stages of their debut full-length release.

Coordinated from Berlin, the netlabel CRAZY LANGUAGE was founded by AXIOM and HURON in 2006. Ever since Crazy Language has been serving as music filter and platform for artistic self-realisation. The label offers all experimental electronic music genres an outlet, for example IDM, Electronica, Glitch, Abstract, Ambient, Downbeat and Breaks. This is reflected in the passion of the netlabel owners as well as in the diversity of the music scene. With lots of love for music, Crazy Language is articulating itself in a dialect spoken all around the world by artists and music lovers alike: the Crazy Language of course.

Tremor is a trio from Buenos Aires, that combines rhythms and sound across genre borders, fitting component parts of varying tradition together in eloquent symmetry. The artist breaks sound barriers across South America and presents their digital folklore tracks to a new, global audience.

Tremor researches folklore traditions by region and bridges generations, geography and genre to produce his signature style. Their sound is equal parts electronic music and native drum and owes as much to anthropology as it does to popular music.

Tremor executes folklore melody through a digital context. Layers of rhythm are fortified with modern synth loops and paired with timeless Andean flute, strings and drum samples for evocative hybrids.

Leaded by Leonardo Martinelli (composer and producer), the band is completed by Camillo Carbajal (bombo leguero) and Gerardo Farez (synthesizers, melodica and bombo leguero).
