Thought I'd try my hand at remixing this house music anthem. Giving me something to look forward to playing out when events becoming a thing again in the UK.

I've built it from the ground up, using the original vocal samples N-Joi used. I also used the Korg M1 plugin for that go to 90s house piano. Added some of my own backing vocals in places to bring something extra to the mix.

P.S it was designed to be like a last tune kinda thing, hence the lack of a standard drum intro. Just so you know my thinking behind the structure.

Show Description:
When words start to loose their meaning, music becomes the language of the misunderstood. The universal script that has the ability to tie us all together. 

How we can use sound as a vehicle to explore new ways of connecting & finding common ground with one another. Finding a new sense of belonging within ourselves? 
This show is dedicated to the spaces that made me feel closer to home. The tunes that whispered to my heart, I’m not alone. That reminded me of all the smiles & warm faces I’ve encountered. The melodies that held my heart in its embrace. 
This is a tribute to those songs that transport me to moments & memories. Music is such a unifying place of creation & inspiration, - yet sometimes consistently becoming the instrument of such pleasure can lead to a path of loneliness. 
A deep sense of a loss of connection. Feeling disconnected from people, from feeling, from a reality. It begs me to ask,
What is connection without touch? Without feeling? Without play?? Does it have meaning without compassion & tenderness? 
Music has brought me back to this seat of compassion, - reminded me to look around with a new lens.

It’s softened my spikey edges, - reminded my body what it means to playyy. 

It’s allowed me to explore new ways of being - challenging spaces of comfortability within myself.
