So... we're a record label based in West London, releasing all manner of innovative and exciting electronic music. We like to think of ourselves as a bit eclectic, a bit esoteric and a bit exceptional, but that's for you to decide. 

In the last 10 years we've released a wide range of music from the likes of Plej, The Rogue Element, 10 Rapid, Baqua, Blu Mar Ten, Butti49, Cloud, Culprit 1, Ernesto, Nursery of Naughtiness, Oblong, Taras Van De Voorde, Tubbs, and so many more. To kick off this brand new decade we' re launching three new sub-labels, colour coded for your convenience and comfort. So with our phasers set to stun and engines on warp factor 9 please join us for another decade of exceptional music. 

Exceptional Black - If you're into your beats, bleeps and basslines with an eye and ear firmly in the club, then look no further than exceptional black label. It's the new place for The Rogue Element's twisted electrifying sounds and Nursery of Naughtiness' razor-sharp beats - plus plenty more dancefloor mayhem in between.

Exceptional Blue - Then for the more chilled, downtempo side to our personality, there's exceptional blue label. From the melodic, warm deep house sounds of Cloud, to Plej's playful Nordic electronica and Ernesto's soulful vibes, there's certain to be something on offer to take your fancy.

Exceptional Red - Home to acts like Culprit 1 and Black Diamond Bay this label will showcase more of our quirky electronic music, tracks with (sometimes) a bit more in the way of recognisable vocals, an occasional chorus cropping up here and there and maybe even a guitar or two!

Nursery OF Naughtiness (N.o.N) are a hard hitting live electronic/breaks act signed to the London based label Exceptional Records (Rogue Element, Culprit 1, Ken Ishi, 10 Rapid) . Heavy beats, distorted wailing synths , loud guitars and angry vocals dominate their tracks, however they are no one trick pony and have teamed up with a number of female vocalists to produce more melodic driven tunes. Over the course of 3 years they have had a number of high profile releases out and been remixed from the likes of Far Too Loud, Rogue Element and Run Riot.

They have already gained attention from the likes of Jay Cunning, Annie Nightingale, Steve Lamacq, Eddy Temple Morris, Rough Tempo and This is breaks.com.
