enjoyed the sonics from the many physical sources from the piano... it's great that there's so much space for the instrument to come alive...

Fantastic tension and atmospheres all the way through this, and some great big thuds of piano! Love it.

This is one of fifteen vignettes written, translated, and produced by sound artist Raul  (Raðulfr Maganhar, @raoulfr) and voiced by Jennifer Roe (@jenniferroe) from the project, Everything Except Oblivion. "It's not poetry, it's not music," says Mainer, whose "thinkmeters" are cut and crystalized from his daily experiences. Each "slice" paints and processes a memory—the good and the bad, the light and the dark—in a sort of sonic journal. "Each one has their story and characters, but I hope that whoever listens will make it their own," says Mainer, who likens these soundscapes to meditation sessions for mortals. Against a backdrop of mystical music, a narrator points the way to nirvana . . . but with words and sounds that are earthly and human.

Dear friends - a genocide is going on!
Today, the 24:th of february 2023, is one year since Russia invaded Ukraine. The people of Ukraine have been subjected to enormous suffering.
We pray that the Russians end the war and go home.
We pray for the people of Ukraine.

The birds are singing for the people of Ukraine
who suffers a lot of bombs from the sky
The birds want to remove all danger from this folk
and they want all the kids to feel safe
This is the reason why they sing these lovely tunes

The birds are witnesses, they have seen who sent the bombs
they can not understand how cruel man can be
they have seen and they have heard the disgusting man in charge
for the terrible invasion force

This piece embodies throat singing and mantra style vocal placements within our preferred alternative frequency to mainstream radio releases. If you're unfamiliar with our work, please don't drive or use machinery until you know how this will affect/effect you. We pray it reduces some of the misguided misunderstandings, anger, and hatred we see around the world... in an effort to replace it with a bit of humble connection with one another by tuning out the sanctioned resources of the political, socio-economical ruling divisiveness of the fear-inducing "not enough" mentality. Wherever we are along our life journey, we have enough and we ARE enough.
