Desert Hearts Black’s visionary label head and musical enchanter Marbs sets off the autumn with a new single. His last release “Whitefence” came with a stellar remix by Berlin’s techno queen Anja Schneider and got some heavy support by the likes of Joris Voorn, Marco Carola and Paco Osuna. And now, everyone’s favourite “Papa Bear” is ready to set sails on another solo quest with the masterpiece “Yamaiay”. 

The track shows Marbs’ diversity musically as he takes us a little deeper into his realm of techno. A gritty bass takes the center stage surrounded by tight percussions and melodic sweeps, creating a wonderland of possibilities. Towards the break we realise Marbs is taking us on a dramatic and tension fuelled journey, laced with dark skewness before the euphoric melodies sweeps you off your feet in the big break. 

Marbs is known as a lover of music in all its forms, which has lead to an incredible and diverse catalogue at Desert Hearts Black. Again and again he brings his solid yet playful energy to his productions and DJ-sets, making him a must hear on the dance floor wherever he goes.

This DJ T remix retains the blissed-out atmospherics of the original, engaging them underneath a throttling bass line and rolling hits for an ecstatic breakdown. While the original track is led by Angelique Bianca's vocal, DJ T whittles it down, making for a fantastic late-night gem around her distant echo.'

The new Infiltr8:Celebr8 release features original music from Just Jason aka Jason Leva, who has previously featured music on labels including Hudd Traxx, Moulton Music, EIGHT-TRACKS, Blockhead Recordings, and Prismatic Tracks.

Just Jason is also one half of the Latenight Society duo, which has featured on imprints such as Lost My Dog, Nordic Trax and Viva Recordings. He is also a talented graphic designer and the man responsible for Infiltr8:Celebr8’s stylish sleeve art designs.
