Dutch electro producer Lloyd Stellar brings his magic touch to Exploited Club on two fierece tracks following on from acclaimed releases on esteemed imprints ranging from 20/20 Vision to Avoidant, BroknToys and Science Cult.

‘Digital Hallucinations’ takes a haunted, Burial-esque pitched-down vocal sample, drenched in reverb, and floats it over a punishing, pacey breakbeat rhythm. Bruising bass relentlessly pummels as bleepy rhythms pulse, delay and filter around the mechanical rhythms. The tripped town textures in the higher registers cut against the hard underbeat to make both your head and your body spin.

‘Hibernating Machines’ journeys further into the deep with almost tribal bass sweltering underneath mystical pad sound and modulating drones. The percussion chatters, convulsing in response to those earth-shattering sub waves, and a dizzying synth lie rises from the depths to pull you further into the hypnotic heart of this spacious track.

No stranger to the label having assumed mastering duties across several releases, Behrang Mohammadi touches down for his official Warning debut. It’s a deadly one-two punch as the Inkonst resident conjures DIY spirits on a typically idiosyncratic lathe cut 12", complete with a remix from OG Salon Des Amateurs resident Philipp Otterbach.

Original cut ‘Tears Only Fall From The Right Eye’ recalls Dutch darkwave innovator Das Ding at his strangest. Eerie retro-futurism awash in a sea of spatially-aware dub FX, Mohammadi summons his more explorative side with some hauntingly sparse, smudged. electro.

But where the original deployed dub sirens and swathes of reverb to mesmeric effect, Otterbach leans fully into his dubbiest inclinations. It’s the axis point where break-neck IDM pointillism, industrial heft and pure dread bassweight collide. Bone-rattling stuff.

“Frenzied” means “wildly excited or uncontrolled”, and it is the name of Ludviq’s debut EP on the untamed Kyma Komplex, a thrilling five-track release featuring two wildly excited originals and three uncontrolled remixes made with love by She Teiks, Undefined Pattern (SXDNS197), and Veltrán, the label big honcho himself.

Ludviq, who is the owner of a respected imprint himself, Bonkers the name, needs no introduction amid the so-called Indie Dance scene. With solid appearances on Controlla, Veneno, NEIN, Belly Dance Services, Side Up Works, Altered Rhythm, Kyma itself, and of course, Bonkers, the Mexican-now-lost-in-Barcelona virtuoso is one of the most interesting names of the new Latino underground electronic music generation.

The title track, premiere here, lives up to its name and comes packed with a rich concoction of elements which showcases Lud’s high-level technique and ingenuity. The result is a hard-to-pigeonhole cut (is it Techno, Electro, or something else?) brimming with complex percussive layers and arpeggiated synth leads.

And by the way, it was a rhetorical question: It is definitely something else.

Introducing Slow Blink, the latest sonic venture from acclaimed producer Michael Claus, who this time pivots to a more raw, club-centric sound. Under this new moniker, Claus unveils a 5-track EP that radiates raw, rave-inspired energy, marking a stark contrast to his typically more ambient and introspective creations. This release is a resonant journey through overdriven drum machines and subaquatic electro, meticulously crafted for the pulsating heart of the dance floor.
The EP showcases two original tracks by Slow Blink, where Claus delivers a frenetic concoction of saturated rhythms and kaleidoscopic melodies, interwoven with iridescent atmospheres that pulse with vibrant intensity.
