Movement Collective thrives on walking paths that haven’t been beaten yet. A crew with an international scope and an attitude towards music that says “fresh only”. Founded in 2013 in Austin, Texas, Movement Collective is now double based in its founding city as well as Berlin, Germany, and sharing sets weekly on KUAF radio and on the Movement Collective podcast.

With a diverse roster of selectors and producers, Movement Collective aims at giving an unheard and unseen spin to the scenes in Berlin and Austin. With an “esoteric” (Magnetic Magazine) understanding of electronic music, their selectors dig deep into the crates of house and techno music to deliver memorable experiences and broadened horizons.

Establishing GRÜV and MÜV events in Austin as well as TRANSPOSE in Berlin, the Collective sets out to provide sounds that are not necessarily typical for the respective cities. Introducing not only newcomers and genuine styles, but also bringing international bookings to places where they have not been heard yet is part of the Movements quest. There is a strong belief among its members that electronic music is dynamic, ever-changing and a heartfelt endeavour that needs love, care and passion.

Rodrigo Reck began his career as a DJ in 2002, and since then has been performing in some of the main clubs and parties in southern Brazil.

After a long break away from the dance floor, Rodrigo returns with a lot of enthusiasm and appetite to do what he has always known, which is bringing good music to people.

Always restless and linked to new trends, with a timeless musical vein and intense research, the artist returns on a new journey as a producer, in addition to reviving in his sets a mix of deep and techhouse, taking to the dance floors a remarkable experience that lives up to in his 20s on the road.

Ezequiel is a free-spirited artist. His nomadic trajectory, which traces 20 years, has enabled him to live in multiple corners of the world. Since leaving the south of Brazil, where he was born and raised, to Australia, a place where he held different residencies throughout his five years in Sydney where he was responsible for one of the principle nights at the renowned Burdekin Hotel as resident DJ. After a new brief passage in Brazil, where he played a role in the development of Base in Porto Alegre, one of the most appraised parties of the contemporary electronic music scene in the country, Ezequiel is now based in Berlin, the ideal environment to boost his knowledge in music production and audio engineering.

As a DJ, his style reflects the freedom of his trailed path with references to all the places his journey has gone through. His sets carry a rich influence, subtly building stories reflecting his trademark artistic sensibility, spicing it  up with house and techno nuances that indicate a time, weather, taste or aroma treasured in his memory and brought up in due time. His gigs share a timeless quality guided by his emotional sense which have earned him the alias of "Magus" when behind the decks.

Sua trajetória nômade, que já tem mais de uma década, o permitiu viver por várias partes do globo, desde o sul do Brasil, onde nasceu e cresceu, Austrália, onde fixou residências por 5 anos em Sydney, sendo responsável por uma das noites do consagrado Burdekin Hotel, onde também era DJ residente. Com nova e rápida passagem pelo Brasil, onde ajudou a criar a Base, em Porto Alegre, uma das festas mais conceituadas da cena contemporânea de música eletrônica no Brasil, agora encontra-se baseado em Berlin, onde aprimora seus conhecimentos em produção musical e engenharia de áudio.

Como DJ, seu estilo reflete a liberdade com que trilhou seu percurso, apresentando referências de todos os lugares por onde passou.
