His music draws from a deep well of influences, from soul, jazz and hip hop to the moments in drum & bass history that inspire him. Always looking to distil ideas down to their purest form, he aims to create pieces that resonate in the club and beyond, to stand the test of time as art.

As a DJ, FD’s sets are journeys built from a long-standing love and understanding of the music, showcasing the full spectrum of drum & bass, in all it’s depth, emotion and versatility, revealing how its tempo can carry a world of ideas and influences. Having played at some of the scene’s most respected clubs and festivals around the world, he continues to represent his own vision and belief in what makes this music truly special.
