January 2023: "Close To Me" 
At this point in the journey I was getting into a ton of melodic and chill house inspired by artists like DEVAULT, Former Hero, and Ross from Friends. I wanted to avoid anything being too "in your face" and abrasive by using more deep and round sounds. I was listening to a lot of synth-wave and the general aesthetic of the genre happened to mesh into house music. I love the vibe of some laid back cruising and hearing a smooth and delicate progression evolve. The photos are taken from Jan. 2023 when the song was written so it can act as a time capsule for memories of those close to me. I hope you all enjoy <3
