Answer Code Request (@answercoderequest) has long since mastered the art of mixing up the physical the with cerebral. His broken, industrial-tinged techno drums are powerful enough to have made him a long-time Berghain resident, while his harmonic pads make a lasting impact on your mind. While releasing on the likes of Ostgut Ton, Dolly Deluxe and Monkeytown Records, he has also established his own ACR label and never fails to blur boundaries between sub-genres whenever he steps out with a new sound or set.

He pulls no punches on this week's mix which is a broad showcase of his ability to thread together many different strains of techno and beyond into a coherent whole. There's everything from transcendental and linear rollers to dubby bangers, twitchy rave anthems blissed out deep space minimalism via party starting piano house. It's fun and functional in equal measure and is the sound of a DJ very much in full flow.

Last year, on November 30th, Fuse welcomed Denmark's Mama Snake to our control room in light of her Amniote Editions night.  With an untamed aura spreading through the space, the dark hours were marked by hypnotic, slightly mental, and utterly intense temperaments.

Snapping between writhing acid lines, crisp tribal rhythms, and trance-laced techno, her selections struck a perfect balance between the meditative and the manic. The floor was hers: fluid, fierce, and full of intent. A reminder that mastery doesn’t always shout; it listens, reacts, and dares to draw outside the lines when the need knocks.

Blasha & Allatt are two of the residents and promoters behind Manchester's most innovative techno night: Meat Free. Since 2013 they have hosted the likes of Peter Van Hoesen, Steffi, Virginia, XDB, DJ Bone, Luke Slater, Regis, Helena Hauff, Objekt and many more. But as we all know, it's often the residents that are the unsung heroes and these guys are no exception. Regularly putting on residents-only nights with a 'pay what you can' policy, these guys do it for the love. They played FM last year as part of Ben Sim's Machine takeover in the Sputnik Dome and totally blew us away. This FM mix is an intensely beautiful combination of both merciless and melodic tracks.

"This mix was recorded in our cramped attic/music studio about 6 weeks ago. Over the last few months we've not had a chance to play a heavier/faster techno set, so this mix is an amalgamation of old and new records that fit that style."
