Ricardo Villalobos wurde im Jahr 1970 in der chilenischen Hauptstadt Santiago geboren und zog im Alter von drei Jahren mit seiner Familie nach Deutschland, nachdem General Augusto Pinochet 1973 die sozialistische Regierung von Salvador Allende gestürzt hatte. Als Ricardo etwa 10 oder 11 Jahre alt war, begann er, Conga und Bongos zu spielen. Obwohl er die Musik liebte, konnte er sich nie als Musiker sehen. In den späten achtziger Jahren begann er, elektronische Musik zu machen. Von klein auf war er ein großer Fan von Depeche Mode und verfolgte sogar deren Tourneen durch Europa, um sie zu sehen.

02_Marius Marc - Pulse of Echelon

One of Turkey’s rising electronic talents, Bilgehan Ünver makes a strong statement with his latest release, the *Gimme Gimme* EP. The original track opens with punchy kicks, layered with tight grooves that instantly pull the listener in. Crisp percussion details, subtle synth touches, and minimal house melodies come together in a refined, multi-layered production.
