The single contains 3 original tracks, Perfecto a latin fused morodereque disco romp, Dark and Stormy Night is a slow arpeggiated grind through a 100bpm groove whilst Take Me Out feels like the last mournful hit of summer, remixes come courtesy of Cabaret Nocturne who takes the aforementioned Take me out and drags it down a darkened alleyway for a european drubbing, Nein label boss Tronik Youth ups the tempo and menace on Dark and Stormy night too, making it a much more dancefloor friendly version.

Broadrick, whose name relates to the Birmingham industrial Metal band Godflesh, as well as Napalm Death, Jesu and more, delivers an EP of 3 original tracks under his electronic music moniker of JK Flesh. Informed by industrial, dub, power electronics and the extreme excesses of electronic music driven by beats and bass, JK Flesh presents different sides of his repertoire. For this ninth release, TJF made a 4-track EP in his unique and reconizable style - solid release that can not be ignored.
I am very happy to collaborate with Nocta Numerica for the first premiere of the EP with the track "Pure Hex" -  5 minutes energetic cosmic flight with chic air percussion and romantic synthesizers - certainly the main decoration of the release.
"An Introduction To Consumer Electronics" will be out at the begining of 2018, limited to 300 copies. Don't sleep on this one !

"The Empire Line present six cyclonic episodes for confined spaces on their debut album, 'Rave.'

Comprised of Posh Isolation's Christian Stadgaard (Damien Dubrovnik, Vanity Productions), Jonas Rönnberg (Varg), and with Isak Hansen (Iron Sight) on tantrums, the trio's marauding live shows have been translated into a slippery set of pummelling techno works, watermarked with florid noise.

'Rave' is a celebration of contemporary rave culture, focused on the everlasting and transcendent as the night slips out past the day. With living-for-the-weekend hedonism irretrievably converted into a manicured, violent cliché, building new worlds and forging new modes of intimacy takes an exceptional sincerity. Naming some of the crews closest to The Empire Line in the album's titles, their spaces are examples of just how rave culture persists as a transgressive stronghold in people's lives.

Ranging from k-hole anthems to jacking, close-range sessions, 'Rave' still bears the traces of the group's experimental background, ensuring the tension is kept up through the catharsis."

The Second track on the REPVII EP is Curses remixed by Milanos hot newcomer duo Younger Than Me. Both artists contributed tracks to RELISH COMP V.
Curses is the dark Italo and New Wave inspired project by New Yorker Luca Venezia. His track Her Violence Beauty got the trademark style treatment by the duo, which is a crossover between post-disco ,new-wave, house and electronic music with the inevitable 80's twist.

PRÈMIÉRE: Curses - Her Violence Beauty (Younger Than Me Remix) [Relish Recordings]

Having already earned his Balearic stripes some time ago, as one of the resident DJs at We Love…. At Space in Ibiza, Ian Blevins has since relocated to Berlin, and has been immersing himself in the esoteric vibes of the city.  On the strength of his latest EP on Futureboogie, this is clearly a good thing, as the ‘Round Trip’ EP is laden with the deep magical vibes that have also shaped his recent releases on labels like Banoffe Pies, Not An Animal Records, Blind Jacks Journey and ESP Institute.  
 On ‘Round Trip’, an abundance of driving, arpeggiated synthesizers weave around sparse yet sturdy drumbeats, as thick pads rise and fall in dramatic fashion.  Panthera Krause (Permanent Vacation/Riotvan/Lobster Theremin) is on board for the remix of ‘Round Trip’, re-shaping the original into a merry, space organ led, tribal dance; with a splash of garage house vibes that soon become immersed in its own synth heaven, it’s a cracking remix from the Leipzig based producer. 
 On ‘Roland’s Rat’, Blevins keeps things tight with soaring strings, organ stabs a strolling bassline for a quality jam, whilst ‘Can You Count My Dream?’ is a dense, and cinematic slab of transcendental dance, an almost claustrophobic atmosphere only intensifies the drama and delivers the heat that seals this superb EP from Blevins
