There are few dj/producers that have nearly a decade in the industry and still continuing to evolve year on year. Based in Leeds, Jey Kurmis has an individual sound that he has established through several EPs on some of the most acclaimed labels worldwide. With a distinct dark heavy bass line and edgy vocals that set his tracks apart. Jey has played the likes of DC-10, The Warehouse Project, WMC, Sonar, BPM and many more. 

After his artists defining first EP on Hot Creations, Jey has continued his portfolio with a wealth of releases on Moon Harbour and several more EP’s signed to Hot Creations with others throughout the years on more niche labels such as Kaluki, Leftroom, Material and many more. Jey has set a precedent for himself continually bringing out a sound unlike any other. 

With the support and backing from some of the biggest names in the industry including Jamie Jones, Adam Beyer, Matthias Tanzmann, Patrick Topping, Solardo and many more, Jey has returned to the studio and with several EP’s already in the pipleline, this is set to be a defyning time for his talent.

Playing shows at Los Angeles top clubs & holding residencies in venues like Sound Nightclub, Liaison , 1OAK, Le Jardin, Highlight Room, Exchange LA & The Sayers Club.

 With solid experience behind the decks and a finely tuned ear for the art of house music, Malio always puts in the maximum level of energy, love, and passion into his live sets & the music he delivers to the crowd.

  Born in Netanya, Israel his original name is Lior Malka, now based in Los Angeles, California he goes by Malio. 

His highly anticipated return to the Producer spotlight is derived from all around him daily while living in beautiful LA.  
Breathing life into and creating his own tracks is just another amazing day in the office for Malio. 
You can find him in the studio pouring his love & feelings into the story of his life which is told and expressed by his music. 
He proudly play's out loud to the world of electronic dance music.

Malio knows how to read the crowd, feel the room and create the vibe, energy, and atmosphere wherever he plays all around the world.   
Malio is known for taking his crowd on his own journey and creating memorable moments on the dancefloor that leave a lasting impression. 
 Malio loves the dynamic grooves and special moments created within in his musical journeys & live sets which create his unique signature style on the fly inspiring others to watch him perform time and time again.
