Falling Nine is a British rock project, founded in 2003 by David Lydiard in Cardiff, Wales. 
Since it’s inception, Falling Nine has been joined by several collaborators, but Lydiard and Steve Watts have been the two consistent members across all the bands releases - "All Paths Divide", "Sound Machine", and "Sustain & Release"
