🎉 To celebrate the new episode of 2025, we are proud and delighted to host dj & producer RYAN JAMES FORD.

While growing up in western Canada in the 1990’s, Ryan James Ford was introduced to electronic music through the local rave and club scene. He began to discover, study, and collect the music he heard at these parties which consisted of a mix of Jungle, UK hardcore, Techno, House, IDM, and ambient.

Currently based in Berlin, Ryan has established himself as a resident DJ at the legendary Tresor club while releasing music on prestigious labels including Serge's Clone Records from Rotterdam, Anetha's Mama Told Ya, Ida's SÄVY, Marcel Dettmann's MDR, Answer Code Request's ACR, and Dream Ticket (and many more...). He also runs his own imprints SHUT and PLUR.

Ryan's musical journey is deeply rooted in his time spent in Calgary, where he developed eclectic tastes spanning hip hop, post rock, reggae, jazz, experimental, and metal. While he began experimenting with production in the early 2000's, it wasn't until relocating to Berlin in 2013 that he fully committed to developing his
artistic vision.

His impressive performance resume includes an epic 8.5-hour closing set at Tbilisi's renowned Bassiani, as well as appearances at some of electronic music's most respected venues including Tresor (Berlin), Basement (NYC), Open Ground (Wuppertal), Fuse (Brussels), Under Bron (Stockholm), Jasna 1 (Warsaw), KALT (Strasbourg) and Berghain (Berlin).

Ryan’s love for early Warp, Metalheads, Metroplex, Tresor, Skam, Downwards, and other pioneering labels continues to influence his dynamic productions and DJ sets.

Looking ahead, Ford remains committed to performing and releasing music through platforms that share his dedication to authentic electronic music culture.

'The latest mix recorded for MWTG by me is a selection of many techno vibes and grooves. I tried to show this genre in its full spectrum, my own spectrum. It starts at 118 bpm and ends at over 140 bpm. There is ambient intro, slow conceptual (my favorite) techno, a classic approach to the topic, hard groove or the latest trending techno with short chopped vocals and highhets at over 135 bpm, and finally ending with raving techno with acid and trance motives and broken amen breaks. The whole thing is completed by an electro ending and an ambient outro. This is definitely a faster set than I usually play, but it is still in my own MAL style. Enjoy the ride'.

Warsaw’s longtime DJ MAL aka INY was musically raised by last.fm, as well as Plateaux and Unsound festivals. His career started at 2008. Throughout his career MAL had pleasure to share the stage with top of the top electronic music DJs and producers from all over the world. He was spinning records in Berlin, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem. Polish crowd could hear him at Up To Date, Revive, Audioriver, Plötzlich am Meer, LAS Festival, Wisłoujście, Tatarak festivals and all main Polish underground clubs. He played also at legendary techno venue Instytut Energetyki. Totally seduced by Berlin sound he lived there for one year which strongly shaped his dj sets and selection. In 2020 he started to broadcast music @radiokapital under MALCONTENT name. In 2022 he started @densifloramusic project with @axis_operandi focused on daytime parties and softer, dreamy electronic sound. He also plays techno gigs under alis Malaxis together with Axis operandi. 

MAL is mostly recognized for his techno, electro and ambient selection. He started playing under INY alias in 2019 for more soft selection like house, deep house, minimal, trans-house, electro, breakbeat and disco sounds.

Next up in our series, we’re excited to welcome Mary Yuzovskaya, a DJ and producer whose surgical sense of the groove and love for minimal sound structures have become trademarks over the years. At the helm of her own record label, Monday Off, Mary puts in the same precision and effort she dishes out through all of her vinyl-only DJ sets. Stripped-back and highly cerebral, her style sits at the junction of heavily dubbed-out psychedelia, liquid abstraction and post-industrialism, and this mix doesn’t differ. Enter Yuzovskaya’s mazy new vinyl exclusive mix with crumbs of bread in your pocket and some red thread, for we’re yet to know where the labyrinth ends. But does it even have an end?

Since he started producing, he has released music on labels such as: KVLTÖ Records, Annulled music, Fur:ther Sessions, BAHN· Records, The Gods Planet, Postdynamic, NFEREE, Space Textures, Circular Limited, to name a few. We can also highlight his active collaboration in more than 30 podcasts worldwide, sharing his vision of deep and hypnotic techno. MONUMENT Podcast and The Memoir by Hypnus Records are his most important contributions.

His productions have included the support of artists such as Claudio PRC, Ness, Svarog, Dorian Gray, Lakej, Alexskyspirit, Abastract Division, Len Faki, DVS1, Petit Astronaute, Doctrina Natura, Save Your Atoll, Kontinum, Blazej Malinowski among others. Some of his tracks have been remixed by artists such as Joaquín Ruiz, Dorian Gray, Smoley, Fernie, Petit Astronaute, Martyn Päsch, Kontinum, Doctrina Natura, Save Your Atoll, a n j e, Svarog, Ness & Blazej Malinowski.
