We're happy to welcome the debut EP from @biota_official

BIOTA represents the symbiotic coexistence of flora & fauna, bridging ancient & modern, utilizing contrast to create colorful diversity. 
Their journey is exploration of sound and movement, driven by aesthetics of sound art, cinematic atmosphere, psychedelia and the gritty roots of blues and rock&roll.

In Sistema Organico, the Israelian duo Roman Galperin & Moses Chimen deliver a variety of sonic textures, from spacey feedback guitars through tasty analog synths, forest flutes, traditional percussion, shamanic vibes and more delights - all composed into musical moods to dive into.

The whole piece is inspired by the meditative depths of the natural world, a tribute to the forest, the jungle, the great rivers and thoughts about our relationship with them as human beings.

True to it's name, Rituali is a groove-conscious foray into the heart of the fusion dancefloor movement. Tribal tones, lush tenors and swirling atmospheres cut straight to center. Riding the lines between light and darkness these two tracks speak to Chalanga's clear understanding of the power of the human tendency toward ritual. 
Contrasting yet complimentary remixes by Lello Fusco and Kalu, who both explore the deeper and darker sides of the originals.

It is called „Lania Kea“, named after our Supercluster, presenting the absurdly endless sculpture we little Human Beings are living in.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘂𝘂𝗺 is the topic of 𝗔𝗘𝗗𝗜𝟎𝟏𝟒, symbolizing that we won‘t remain defiant.

Although our Challenges seem to be vanquished, we keep pace to make sure the Evil will never return✨

This time 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝘀 collaborated with 𝗣𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗱𝗼, a friend from France. They composed a Song named „𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗾 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮“ which means 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻.

Perpetuum was created during a creative challenge in December 2023. The then-over 150 members of Aedi were invited to pair up with someone and create a continuous track without breaks in the arrangement.

The submissions, as well as the album title and artwork, were compiled in an anonymous list and voted for collectively.

Yaku Wayra, a co-creation with Rodrigo Gallardo, is also an original song of mine in the Quechua language. Yaku Wayra means wind of water. It is inspired by a special sound in the jungle which arises before the rain comes, a wind that comes to warn of what is to come. Then Rodrigo made his magic with his sounds and instruments.

Juntos (Spanish for together), the debut album from ALUNA, is a testament to a new paradigm of music. It is a collaborative project through and through. Pulling from the indigenous traditions and fusing their experiences with the sounds of the moment, ALUNA has landed something timeless. Steffen Ki and Maywa have joined forces with some of their favorite musicians, bringing us a masterfully crafted collection of music that expands beyond borders, cultures, and genres. 

Much of the influence for this album comes from Maywa’s time spent living in the rainforests of South America and Steffen Ki’s own journey into nature through his travels around the world. ALUNA was born out of a love affair between these two beautiful beings and so it is fitting that they extended their embrace to some of their closest friends and producers in the creation of this collaborative work. 

All the songs from this album are derived from music written by Maywa. Just one song, Agua de Flores, is an adaptation of a traditional ceremony song. Maywa’s voice is the common thread weaving all 8 tracks together into a seamless story of love, peace, and connection to nature. 

The first seeds of this album were planted 2 years ago, exactly the time of the first vision of this label Resueño. It is with great joy that the album and the label circle back around to meet each other once again. The beauty that manifests when we come together to support each other and to create as a family is also a testament to the new paradigm which is upon us. This is a call to come together, Juntos.
