Schitzoph0nik is a non-binary (and genre fluid), DJ and Vocalist who specializes in funk and bass music, and whose focus is diversity and harmony. Mixing all sorts of styles of music together, and with a background of music theory in Jazz at VIU, and a love of Blues, Reggae, Ska, and Funk, the goal of this diverse musician has always been to blend the edges of many different musical worlds and try to bring people together through music and dance! The idea that emotion can be expressed to the audience through performance has always been at the forefront of this artist's mind, as they attempt to take you on a musical journey with their mixes.

Tha GangSTAR Goddess’ is a Boulder-based, open-format DJ whose journey began as a child learning to dance. That journey eventually led her onto the stage for years. Inspired and encouraged by all of her DJ friends she made along the way, her transition to the other side of the decks was effortless and natural. 

Her sets have everything to do with the people on the dance floor and ensuring they are groovin and vibin to the music ,She finds SO much joy watching people get down!  If they aren’t dancing, she’s not doing her job.

Her love for Hip Hop, Blues, RNB, jazz, world, Soul, and funk, shines through her sets no matter what genre she plays.

There are so many places all over the world pumping out different genres of music and they all have their own piece of flavour attached to them. Cmax Music AKA City Props is a second generation DJ.  His father was among the first djs to start the movement and offer to play records at clubs in the early 70's out in New Brunswick Canada.  Cmax has been an avid music festival attendee here in BC for years now,  having hit his first Shambhala in 2004 and watching Basscoast grow to be one of the most desirable festivals in Canada. The summer of 2021 brought on the opportunity to put a set together for Under the stars festival and it ended up being his first time playing solo live. Rickie Joseph is my name, also known as DJ RICK-0-ShAY. I'm a chef by day and a DJ by night. While I respect and enjoy all kinds of music, electro house, deep house, bass house and everything related to these genres are my favorites. 
My passion for DJing began when I was just 17 years old. I spend 5-7 hours a day perfecting my mixing so when I jump on the decks, all I have to do is get the crowd going. There's nothing like connecting with the crowd and helping people have fun.
He's the type of guy who will arrive at an event early to lend a helping hand. If you're looking for music to dance to, you've found the right guy. With his acapellas, mash-ups, and scratching, you'll never be disappointed.If you hear some fat bass and acapella scratching you know that him DJ RICK-O-SHAY.
