From out of Birmingham UK, Heavy Beat Brass Band combine modern jazz, pop and funk with the heavy sounds of New Orleans Brass.  Made up of 8 young professional musicians personally mentored by Keith Frazier of New Orleans own Rebirth Brass Band, Heavy Beat Brass Band brings the authentic sounds of Mardis Gras and New Orleans to the UK.  Equally at home on the stage or as a marching band, HBBB have been doing the rounds and have now established themselves as firm favourites on the UK festival scene.

Fusing elements of Funk, Hip Hop and Disco with floor shaking electronic beats, Father Funk’s unique, genre bending, party rocking style has gained him a cult following worldwide. Always delivered with a cheeky grin and a thunderous onstage energy, his eclectic sets have torn the roof off nightclubs and festival stages across the globe.

With the big brass licks of the HBBB, Wasteman was a perfect choice for a Father Funk remix.  The remix wastes no time building the energy into a high-octane drop with driving beat and infectious energy.  This one is guaranteed to be a dancefloor pleaser.

Swingamajig has grown out of the success of Hot Club de Swing, a Birmingham club night that is all about swing with a big bass sound, and is curated by the Electric Swing Circus – The UKs Hottest Electro Swing band. Four diverse stages showcasing some of the most inventive and entertaining acts on the scene Live bands, DJs, swing dancers, vintage cinema, acrobats, artists and more. A full day and night of wild of vintage debauchery that will be the talk of the town for months to come!
