We're back from a winter break.... and our first remote guest set arrives live via satellite from the heart of Bavaria, courtesy of @benjamin-roeder aka Benny.

Benjamin is a resident at Bar Charlie in Munich – one of the coolest music bars we ever visited. You enter through a low-key restaurant, take the stairs down, and BOOM.... you're in a dark, tunnel-like space with sound, dancing & drinks. What else does one need, huh?

Here Benny goes into trippy territory with a selection of mystic, mind-expanding house that feels at times discoey, at times techy. We loved it & are positive that you will, too.

​​His deep selections & inimitable dance moves prompted us to ask for a guest mix, which he kindly agreed to do ​😀​.

​​The mix is heavily focused on deeper house rhythms, but Simon keeps it distinctive by sprinkling in bits of vintage techno & breakbeat. The vibe is live & in-the-moment, as it should. You're going to love all of it.

Music & dancing in social setting are something so essential to our species & one way to begin appreciating their effects, is by stripping away layers of conscious thought we acquire.
Replacing it with an understanding that some forms of communication do not present themselves in spoken language.
