Denver based Sling Wave smashed their way into the scene in 2022 with breakthrough releases across some of the biggest US based labels for the 140 sound. 

We at Dank 'n' Dirty are contributing to this momentum by bringing 2 tracks from the more heads down and melodic side of the Sling Wave sound.

'Hydrocarbon' steps forward first with a breaks inspired, spacious dancefloor destroyer.

'Hotbox' rounds off the release in a classic Dank 'n' Dirty fashion, bringing head nodding vibes for both the club and the headphone.

There is no escaping the majesty of the Dank N Dirty Dubz team in 2023 it would seem, as they continue their rampage in fantastic fashion, delivering a mind-melting compilation drop in celebration of 4/20. Nothing but the most bulbous dubstep heat is included, with the likes of heavyweights such as L-Wiz, Khromi, Nightmare & Oni, Subtle Mind and more all delivering face-melting originals. As always, we get to enjoy a wide range of original steppers' heat, from Legend4ry's percussive-driven roller in 'Closer', to the system-smashing subs and dubwise marches of 'Connected Through The Sound' from CONTRA'. Our highlight however, would of course be the marvellous return of The Widdler, who delivers a sublime sweep through swampy sweetness in 'Dem Boy'.
