Scott McKay, also known as Fear-E, is a DJ and producer based in Glasgow. He specialises in jacking house, techno, and electro, drawing inspiration from the raw early sounds of Chicago, Detroit, and the UK. Additionally, his work as Breakbeat Energy showcases a blend of breakbeat, jungle, and hardcore music influenced by the 90s and early 2000s UK rave scenes. 

Scott has built an impressive discography, releasing music on respected labels such as Dixon Avenue Basement Jams and Dark Entries. He also runs his own label, Posh End Music, which is dedicated to releasing high-quality electronic music that pays homage to his roots. Recently, he founded another outlet, sister label Breakbeat Energy, focusing on all forms of music that stem from the hardcore-oriented spectrum.

Over the past decade, Scott has delivered impactful DJ sets across various venues and festivals in the UK and further afield. He has made guest appearances on several radio shows and has received airplay on BBC Radio 1, 6 Music, and Rinse FM, with his tracks featured in Radio 1's Essential Mix multiple times. His productions have been supported by prominent artists including Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, The Hacker, Randomer, Jerome Hill, Marcel Dettmann, James Ruskin, Bloody Mary, Paul Woolford, Skream, Leftfield, and the late, great Andrew Weatherall.

Bajo el título Green Places & Pink Cities, este trabajo reúne a dos potencias del techno underground, ofreciendo una selección de tracks intensos y listos para arrasar en la pista de baile. Disponible a partir del 21 de febrero de 2025, este lanzamiento fusiona la identidad sonora única de cada artista mientras mantiene una energía cruda y envolvente.

Desde Toulouse y ahora afincado en Berlín, Casual Treatment ha dejado huella con lanzamientos en sellos de prestigio como Hayes, Kazerne (subsello de Mord), Axis y Hardgroove/Symbolism de Ben Sims. Sus temas "Occitania" y "Gold Coast" reflejan su capacidad para construir un techno hipnótico y contundente, con una precisión milimétrica en su producción. Steve Bicknell returns to KR3, once again unleashing his mastery of power electronics!

Following his two reinterpretations of last year’s "JK Flesh Remixes" and four years after his solo EP "A Day In The Life" in 2021, Bicknell takes us deep into the realms of his sonic mysticism, marking a significant milestone in the fifth anniversary of the label.

Several Streams of Thought LP - is an unrelenting and immersive odyssey, presented through nine tracks, seven of which will be available on a double 12-inch vinyl, with two exclusive cuts in a limited 7-inch format.

The album hits hard, straight to the brain, with no warning, across sides A, B, and C. Each side is a raw, untamed techno experience, with Bicknell’s unmistakable signature dominating throughout, delivering unwavering intensity and relentless impact.

However, on side D, a transformation takes place: a 15-minute soundscape that turns the embedded waves into breath - a blinding light emerging from the darkness. It’s a moment of tribalism and evocative magic, offering a refreshing pause, a return to balance after the intensity of the shadows.

The 7-inch, available in a limited edition under the title "the eye of the invisible world", contains two tracks - one on side E and the other on side F.

The mystical sounds complete this dual experience: one part filled with dark, untamed energy, while the other brings a sense of mental lightness, emphasizing breathwork and emotional self-healing.
