Keep me wrapped up tight here. confide in the darkness that I've not outgrown this. Tell myself its probably too much caffeine in me. Must make me jittery.

I feel the pressure, pushing in on my lungs. If I could come up for air it would help, but I've been struggling to keep my head up for hours now. I've nothing left to offer, what more can you take? I've given up, is that not enough?

It's finally here, the serenity I've longed for. there is no coming back when the world turns black. I can breathe in the undertow.

I never had a fighting chance, I don't know if I ever wanted one. 

No choice but to surrender now, there is comfort in knowing this is the end.  

I have not felt this alive for years, adrenaline spike through the tide, focus on my last breath. At least I can feel again. Let the water bury me. Exchange my air for a quiet ending.

I have no fear of isolation. Death is what you make of it. Bring the water down, on me now. Just bury me.

I can not escape my head, so deafening again. I hear you. 

Are you listening? Take over me, I give up.  I concede  I'm not as strong as I used to be. I let the pressure cripple me.  

Tomorrow things could be different, I don't have to stay here. Maybe something can make it better? I should probably wait and see. I should not leave. 

Why would I leave this place? Forget everything I said, i didn't mean it. 

It's all the same. Everyday I justify a beating, because I deserve it. When will I learn to be better?
