Petar P has graced us with a banging set. He represents the beautiful city of Valijevo and is a mainstay in the buzzing Serbian electronic scene.
Some great things are coming out of Serbia, and we're super excited to welcome Petar P to the Platform Minimal family.

Bio /
Petar Petrovic is a talented young man from Valjevo who has been in this world for five years.
From the age of 18, he began to be attracted to electronic sound and thus began experimenting with it. Combining a fusion of minimal and deep tech with a sophisticated mix, he describes himself and the sound he brings. Its sound is adorned with constant rhythms with a combination of treble, percussion and groovy bass lines. As for the production, he signs releases for "Red District" with the tape "Cosmic" and the tape "Boomerang", which is supported by the great Arapu and is on the "Brosh" label. He performs in various clubs and is a regular guest of Belgrade and Novi Sad events.
He says for himself that he loves what he does and never plans to stop!

Pressing on and extending an already incredible discography, Silat Beksi’s imprint Modeight welcomes Irish talent Laughing Man to the family. On an impressive streak of his own following his Debut LP ‘Divided Mirrors’, Laughing Man continues to ply deep and divine house music territory with his exquisite skill. The A-side kicks off with ‘Favourite Past Time’, a swooning breakbeat roller that also gets a funked up remix with a signature boogie basseline by Romanian stalwart Triptil. On the flip side it’s an intimate two step affair on B1’s ’Lucid Thinking’, a seductive, low slung session complete dulcet piano stokes and heady atmospheres. And to finish things off were go soul searching on the aptly named B2 cut ‘Emotion’. Once again Laughing Man cuts to the core with his precision and prose. Adding a beautiful touch to the Modeight mantra.

In order to directly help Ukrainian artists during these hard times, we present the second volume of Peace in Ukraine Various Artists series. 

For the second time in such a short term, we received a lot of positive feedback and support from many DJs and producers from around the world, rapidly building on an archive that incorporates various shades and styles of electronic music, from laid-back and serene soundscapes to driving rhythms and textures. The second volume features 14 tracks signed by Aloevaru, Cosmic Clap, CVO & Delius, Ema Remedi, Floog, iON, juzeL, Komponente & Kurilo, Lulla, Malinka, Metafore, Puxumos, Roluce, Sines (Dana & Roxana), who were immensely gracious and responsive. 

All revenues collected from the sales will be directed to the Ukrainian artists with whom we managed to get in touch: Animated Sounds, Peshka, Komponente, Yansima, Ilya Cheise, Vlad Barocco, Orbit, the initiative launched by Antipina Anna & Silat Beksi as well as the Gofundme campaign lunched by Kirik.
