Esta é uma DEMO de uma trilha sobre a jornada: na jornada sempre há otimismo e sempre há negativismo. O maior desafio de um ser é encontrar o equilíbrio entre a realidade cruel e a realidade bela.

This is a DEMO of a track about the journey: on the journey there is always optimism and there is always negativity. The greatest challenge for a being is to find the balance between the cruel reality and the beautiful reality.

Vasculhando meus arquivos antigos do computador encontrei esta trilha que comecei a compor como experimento. Esta foi a primeira vez que tentei misturar rock com música clássica lá em 2020 mais ou menos.

While going through my old computer files I found this track that I started composing as an experiment. This was the first time I tried to mix rock with classical music back in 2020 or so.

Um dia me desafiei a compor, tocar e mixar (mixar o mais simples e rápido possível) uma música de metal progressivo.
Eu fiz a composição, toquei todos os instrumentos, programei uma bateria e fiz uma mixagem simples em mais ou menos 10h. 
Mesmo com este deadline minúsculo, acredito que ficou bem interessante.

One day I challenged myself to compose, play and mix (mix as simply and quickly as possible) a progressive metal song.
I composed, played all the instruments, programmed a drum kit and did a simple mix in about 10 hours.
Even with this tiny deadline, I think it turned out quite interesting.

Act 2 – The Dynamics of the Ordinary:

Routine, the daily march, the dawn of yet another day, twin to so many before it. A morning of the same lineage, the same breed, dimming our sight to any spark of uniqueness. The Ordinary.
.
Until 00:41, the scene of Gilly Bahadur’s Ordinary unfolds. A castle amid an endless garden. His chamber opening to vistas of the rarest and most beautiful vegetation to be found. The majestic inheritance of the monarchy lies in sovereignty upon the summit of the tallest and fairest mountain in the kingdom.
But the time to begin his Ordinary has already arrived, though Gilly remains in his lazy royal slumber. At 00:43, a lady of service dares to nudge the prince, that yet another day might find its place in the calendar of the Ordinary. This endeavor persists - unyielding, almost absurd - until 01:10, when our tender young prince finally rises and sets his day in motion.

The life of a prince is far from idle, for one day he will be king - and thus, as Gilly’s father says, there is much to learn and refine. His father spares no effort to see that every single one of Gilly’s tasks is executed to perfection, always under the supervision of tutors or servants. Lessons, drills, studies… Yet in the midst of the Ordinary, Gilly finds a fleeting gap between his father’s watchful gaze to meet his mother, who has ever been his haven of understanding - the very opposite of his father - at 01:49. But the warmth of her embrace is short-lived, as one of his father’s ever-watchful eyes catches him, pulling him from her arms and casting him back into his Ordinary at 02:04.

The dull gray Ordinary suffocates him, chains him, stifles him, silences him. From that moment on, his feelings burst forth! Gilly feels his life is being wasted, enslaved by hollow and tiresome duties. He feels the wrongness in everything - that life must hold something better than this. His father does not live, nor does he wish his son to; he only wants a puppet to display as his prize. How long until Gilly shatters the chains of the Ordinary?
