Given the honour of opening one of NZ's best kept little festivals, I wanted to pour my heart in to the 2 hours gifted to me. 
Combining some of my favourite tracks with a smattering of my own unreleased music this was a personal journey. 
I hope you enjoy listening to it it as much as I did making it.

What a delight it was to get welcomed back to one of our favourite stages in the country @pangeafrequencies. The Pangea Family Affair is a festival of dreams - the art is mind blowing, the sound impeccable, and the crowd is conscious, connected and full of energy! This set in the Canyon was in many ways the culmination of what has truly been an incredible year for us - a collection of sounds and songs inspired by the amazing artists, producers and friends we have crossed paths with over these last few months. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Inspired by the African cassette tapes from my father, I started playing African Disco and Funk in Amsterdam in 2010. After traveling in different continents, I started experimenting with sounds from all over the world. Where I used to play a bit more uptempo, nowadays I am focussing on a deeper and more atmospheric sound. Blending different genres and tempos is something that is appealing to me. From Nigerian funk to Amazon tribe music, everything is possible.
