Torn Relics return for their monthly residency at Threads Radio. The experimental, London based duo comprises of Romek Boyer (AKA Rommek)  & Aimée Mullen.   

 

The radio show explores the variety of influences that make up the foundations of the music they produce. Expect to hear a fusion of Industrial / Post-Punk / Ambient / Folk / Experimental.  The body of their work is a mixture of cyber-punk electronics with tribalistic violin, rhythms and tones. Together, they utilise a range of classical and electronic instruments to create a rich and dynamic sound pallet. 

 

Their debut EP, The Poisoned Chalice, was released on Sacred Court in 2019 and included a remix from SNTS. Abolish The Dogma, the duos debut 8-track album was released in 2020 on Leyla records, which showcases the diversity of their production styles.

Se trata de una colección de diez pistas de ciencia ficción y techno interestelar trippy para la mente. Club Furies presenta 'Accidia', la segunda pista de este trabajo, la cual nos continua hipnotizando en la oscuridad infinita del universo intergaláctico.

Lake Teletskoye — the heart of Altai. Deep, silent, alive. Its surface breathes like the sky; its depths remember like the earth. Here, everything sounds different — a drop falls like eternity, the wind whispers like a prayer, and silence itself becomes music. Morning fog drifts across the still water; golden peaks shimmer in reflection, and it feels as if nature holds its breath to preserve the balance. Often called “the younger brother of Baikal,” Lake Teletskoye is revered in Altai as a living being — a keeper of ancient secrets, a mirror in which time gazes at itself. Seventy-seven kilometers long and three hundred twenty-six meters deep, its waters carry the echoes of millennia. The lake doesn’t simply flow — it remembers.

Vol. 7 of Mountain Altai VA is dedicated to this sacred lake — a place where light and sound merge into one. Nine tracks shimmer like reflections on the water, from the first drops of morning dew to the unfathomable darkness of its depths.

Lake Teletskoye is not merely a body of water, but a living mirror where mountains and sky recognize themselves. Everything here is slow, pure, and transparent. The waves move like the breathing of time; the fog turns into melody; and every drop of water holds both light and eternity. This part of the collection, created in celebration of the third anniversary of [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB], is dedicated to balance — between light and depth, silence and sound, the heard and the felt. Nine tracks form a single sonic surface — the stillness of the lake where music becomes water, and water becomes music. Here, dub techno breathes like the transparent depths themselves — slow, pure, infinite. It is music of peace, of light, of memory. It is Altai — reflected in sound.
