The third offering in our mix series is a live recording of Priori and Cousin's dj set at Sustain Release 2024. Recorded on the last morning between 6am and 1pm on what was meant to be an ambient stage, it featured everything a 3 day festival closing set should. Eclectic picks, strange and emotional sounds, dubious transitions and a few feigned endings. Massive thanks to all the dancers, the Sustain staff (Aurora, Ash and everybody else who put their blood, sweat and tears into this), the music makers, the birds, the stars.

Tresor Resident LNS started out organizing warehouse parties in Vancouver, Canada. Since residing in Berlin her style of classic techno, house, electro and braindance can easily be identified in her studio productions and DJ sets. Her collaborations with DJ Sotofett are regularly released on Tresor Records and WANIA, while her solo productions and remixes have been released by Counter 99, Emotional Response, Freakout Cult, Sex Tags Ufo and DFA. Ahead of this weekend's party in collab with iona and her party Low End Dreams, we are sharing iona's set from Sputnik last year. She was in charge of Friday night in the dome and set the tone perfectly for the rest of the weekend: the perfect mix of heads down moments and a big fat sprinkling of fun. 

"Putting together a stage for Field Maneuvers was such an honour and I wanted to curate something that bridged the gap musically between rave and techno. I played after Jurango and before djrum; in somewhat classic style, my set was chunky and skippy for the most part with a breakbeat finale. I love the way tunes with lots space and dynamic range in them sound on the dome’s EvoX 4 point system, it’s such a buzz to play tunes you know you love, but then hear loads of new elements while you’re performing live - genuinely reacting with surprise and excitement along with the crowd."
