Aninowa is a Warsaw-based DJ who started her music journey as a dancer and soon began her DJing adventure. Her first performances and mixes were more techno/rave inspired, now she explores the wider range of electronic music and soon she'll have her debut as a ballroom DJ as she grows in her voguing house as Novia Femina. This month's show features Berlin-based @kat_never in the second hour, with a deliciously dark mix effortlessly blending 80s/90s goth/industrial with techno and EBM. 
Kat's mix inspired host @thought-criminal-1 to go back to her musical roots for the first hour of the show.  She's picked out some old skool vinyl gems that don’t get played nearly as often as they deserve to- expect everything from prog trance to dark funky techno!

As a passionate raver and longtime electronic music enthusiast, @zikade-x only stepped behind the decks as a way to keep her mind sane during covid lockdown. With club doors closed, official gigs seemed a thought of the distant future, and zikade's very personal and emotional approach to DJing led her to quickly develop her own favourite sound. Inspired by her love for hard kicks and gloomy melodies, zikade travels between dark italo, electro, or acid, with occasional sparks of new beat, EBM, and techno appearing. Her sets always strive to be connected less by genre than by atmosphere -- dark but groovy, sexy but melancholic.
Having lived in Bremen for most of her adult life, zikade prepared a special vinyl only set for her first gig at Bremen’s MS Treue in October 2022. This mix is the recording of that special night.
zikade is part of the vinyl only b2b projects DJ Frottée and Hypnotist, alongside DJ BONEY S. She is a resident for the queer collective SLIME.

Italian producer Alessio Di Mezza has been creating some mean sounds under his Religius Order moniker. His music, a balanced mix of energetic piercing basslines accompanied by soft-hypnotizing yet heavily distorted melodies (hardly ever exceeding the 110 BPM mark) borderline creates a short circuit between your brain and the rest of your body.
Alessio's music  has found home in labels like @METAMOTO, @outoforderlabel, @rengaine-music, @TheNewUSGovernment, @upnorthrec and more recently he released Anima Desolata, a seven track  cassette album on Daniel Holt's Atrophy Records which is probably his best work yet so do not sleep on it!
