Interview:

✔️ What are your musical influences? What is your musical background?

Since childhood beats and rhythms are my constant companions. Learning drums, going to concerts, listening to a lot of hard rock and punk, but also singing in the choir (yes actually). I found electronic music relatively late, but it was love at first sight. For me, DJing means empathy and sharing this joy and taking people on a journey together for a set. 

✔️ What do you think makes a good afterhour?

A good afterhour is not about carrying on a particular party but creating your own little world where you can feel safe for those hours with the right people.

✔️ How did you feel about the gig?

Pure energy!!!

I recorded this set at my last gig at the old location of the infamous @distillery-leipzig - a club close to my heart since this is one of the places where I learned how to rave. The Distillery is the oldest clubs in eastern Germany. Playing there is always so much fun for me - I love the crowd and the sound and the vibe and I was happy to get the opportunity to wave goodbye to the old location at the easter weekend. I'm looking forward to checking out the new location soon(-ish).

Sisyphos became my favorite club the moment I first entered. 
I was blessed with a four hour slot in the night from sat-sun. 
Heres what happened :)

Gently but firmly she pushes us forward. Little kicks in the back side towards happiness get us dancing on our toes until we want to cry out: “Whaaat?!”
Mila was musically raised in youth centres & squats, ripened in Tel Aviv to finally graduate to the best clubs that Germany offers. She prefers a course around 122,4 bpm, sliding through with some shorter and occasionally with longer transitions. Preferably well-rested. But even crumpled, she has surprised us with utter superiority!

Dear Garbicz 🌈  My set is up in the cloud and so am I ☁️

This weekend was one never ending flow from start to finish with the best crew and a booking that made my heart skip several beats. Haven’t danced so much in a while!

If that wasn’t already enough, playing for you Saturday into sunrise was one of the most special gigs I’ve had in my entire life. Seeing Wiese fill up so damn quickly surrounded by the most amazing humans meant the world to me and I enjoyed every second of this ride to the fullest!! 🚀

Sometimes every now and then everything is just right. It’s an unbelievable feeling that‘s hard to put into a few words as so much is coming together in this one moment in time ✨

You moved me to tears. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that played a part in this magical experience, I really needed this!
