Liz Walton is a mindset coach and multidisciplinary artist with a unique combination of creative skills, talents and passions. Originally trained as a massage therapist, Liz has two decades of hands-on bodywork expertise. In 2007 Liz began exploring forms of creative expression through singing, songwriting, guitar, ukulele, ballet, tap dancing and fire spinning. She also trained in India as a yoga teacher in 2011 and graduated from the Expressive Arts Therapy program through Tamalpa Institute in 2015. After retiring from her massage career, Liz transitioned her creative focus toward the music industry. She’s spent the last decade managing global tours for rock bands while also traveling around the world. Liz has a background in recovery and currently lives in California where she facilitates expressive arts therapy programs, musical meditations using gongs and leads experiential retreats around the world.

Here I’m sharing the demo process for a bunch of new songs, a bunch of old songs recorded for the first time, and stuff that might end up on glittery new pop records in the near future. 
And then probably a few other things thrown in;
misc projects, sketches of broken songs, trying to fix what I can't throw away and always some divine intervention.
