I can’t stand living with myself anymore

to those ido who will see this but please, times do get better, not even 2 months ago I was suicidal to the point I just wanted to curl up in a ball and die hugging my teddy's, depressive episodes are episodes it doesn't mean they aren't hard but do something that produces dopamine such as running or estrogen I belive by eating ice cream these little things make you feel that little much better, self care too, idc if you belive you aren't worth it, if not for you your body, your body's a vessel, it helps I swear, I know it's difficult to say without coming across as cruel, but stop listening to this type of music, by that I mean through rock songs in it such as ghost or article monkeys radio head, the liberals, riannah, or listen to early 30s to 80s music such as I can dream can't I, I don't want to set the world on fore, matey, these all kick something in your head which makes you feel alive. kick these sorts of stuff in with this and it brightens your day, it's not the music's fault
