A couple days after my Mom died, my Dad said he wanted to delete her facebook page. It's made me think a lot about our digital footprints, and how much of ourselves still "lives" online after we pass to the other side. Online, my Mom is still alive. Her posts, those pictures she shared, will remain fresh in the digital realm even if everything falls apart IRL.

I felt myself looking up at the sky and feeling angry that it was so beautiful - and that she wasn't there to see it. This song is inspired by some of those thoughts and feelings.
