Argentine-born, Barcelona-based producer Martin Cozar returns to Kiosk ID with his four-tracker ‘My Mind.’ Building on the funky modernism of Resilience—his split EP with Gespona—and a commanding peak-time remix for Manucho’s Idea Reset, Martin Cozar now steps fully into the spotlight with a solo EP that tightens his artistic identity. My Mind delivers razor-sharp groove work, stripped futurism, and a captivating brand of dancefloor energy that shines through inventiveness and viscerality.

Opening track ‘1977’ unfolds like a widescreen dreamscape, with suspended fields of synths arcing over a warmly booming, long-tailed sub-bass. Heaving synth sweeps, melodically intricate arpeggios, and fluttering square waves paint a morphing, hypnotic canvas that floats across the periphery. Deeply meditative, but suited for the almost-peak-time with a throbbing groove and dynamic sub-bass, 1977 is a slow-burning journey that wraps warmly arcing, spaced out melodics around a tight rhythmic core.

‘My Mind’ turns the focus to the floor. Funky and razor-sharp in its sophisticated modernity with stripped-to-the-bone drum structures, the title track channels Martin Cozar’s retro-futurist edge through ominously
squelching basslines and pulsing stabs, arranged in a spacious, expertly crafted, and darkly oscillating Indie Dance framework. Every element clicks into place, yielding a high-voltage groove that radiates raw, physical
energy: stripped-down machine funk with a dark, circuit-bent twist.

With ‘Niksen,’ Martin Cozar crafts an eclectic groover that cycles effortlessly through percussive moods. Crackling with icy atmospherics one moment and sweltering in hazy Western guitars the next, Niksen traverses shifting textures anchored in a stripped lead theme that transforms the tracks’ dynamic soundscapes into pure dancefloor class.

Closing cut ‘Lights Out’ dives into grungier, more tactile territory. Shuffling, blown-out acoustic drums and mangled guitars collide with a peevish lead synth that escalates through morphing iterations, finally exploding into bursts of erupting electricity. Raw and groove-heavy, Lights Out channels untethered energy into a gritty, kinetic framework—tech’n’roll with a beautifully organic feel.

Across ‘My Mind,’ Martin Cozar delivers four distinct tracks—each a self-contained microcosm of motion across gritty floor energy, razor-sharp Indie Dance, and booming after-hour rollers. The result is a hypnotic,
meticulously engineered suite that feels both instinctive and deliberate, and succeeds in walking the fine line between the physical and cerebral demands of the dancefloor.

الموسيقار طارق الناصر من أهم رواد حركة التجديد في الموسيقى العربية المعاصرة. موسيقي ومؤلف وموزع وملحن أردني، ينتمي الناصر إلى بلدة أيدون الواقعة إلى الجنوب من مدينة إربد في شمال غرب المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، بدأ اهتمامه في الموسيقى بالتوزيع الموسيقي حين قام بتوزيع خلفية موسيقية لمسرحية وطنية أعدها طلبة جامعة اليرموك وتم عرضها في قاعة مجمع النقابات المهنية في مدينة إربد، وكان لا يزال طالباً على مقاعد المدرسة في المرحلة الثانوية.

 ترك بصمة واضحة على الموسيقى التصويرية للأعمال والمسلسلات الدرامية العربية منذ بداياته العام 1993، فقد ألف الموسيقى التصويرية لمسلسل نهاية رجل شجاع، والتي كانت بمثابة الشهادة التي حاز بها على إعجاب وتقدير الجمهور.

وضع الناصر الموسيقى التصويرية لعدد من الاعمال الدرامية العربية، خاصة في سوريا ونقل تلك الموسيقى إلى فضاءات أرحب منها: مسلسل الجوارح، ومسلسل الكواسر من إخراج نجدة إسماعيل أنزور، ومسلسل إخوة التراب، ومسلسل يوميات مدير عام من إخراج هشام شربتجي، ومسلسل ملوك الطوائف من إخراج حاتم علي، ومسلسل على طول الأيام من إخراج حاتم علي، ومسلسل علاقات شائكة من إخراج عمرو علي، ومسلسل على حافة الهاوية، ومسلسل الملك فاروق من إخراجحاتم علي، ومسلسل ليس سرابا من إخراج المثنى صبح، ومسلسل صراع على الرمال من إخراج حاتم علي.

 عمل الناصر على تكوين مجموعة موسيقية صغيرة تتعاون معه في تنفيذ أعماله. فيما بعد أسس في عمان استديو تسجيل موسيقي هو "استديو الناصر". وبالتعاون مع شقيقته رُسُل الناصر، خريجة الفنون الجميلة - قسم الموسيقى، أسس مجموعة موسيقية هي "مجموعة رم"، وقد أطلق على المجموعة هذا الاسم نسبة إلى وادي رم جنوب الأردن. وقد أصدر طارق الناصر ألبومه الأول "يا روح" عام 2000.

 نال العديد من التكريمات والجوائز المهمة، كان آخرها الجائزة الذهبية للموسيقى التصويرية من مهرجان القاهرة للإعلام، عن تأليف وتوزيع الموسيقى التصويرية لمسلسلي "الملك فاروق" و"رسائل الحب والحرب" في كانون الأول من العام2007. أسس الناصر ورسل الناصر المختصة في الفنون الجميلة "مجموعة رم الموسيقية" العام 1998 كمجموعة موسيقية مستقلة تقدم مؤلفات الناصر وتوزيعاته من خلال 25 موسيقيا تقريبا يشكلون فيما بينهم توليفة متناغمة ومتكاملة، على اختلاف خبراتهم الموسيقية. امتلأت تجربة مجموعة رم بموروث موسيقي محلي وعربي، وأطلت على تجارب موسيقية عالمية، وجاء ذلك من خلال بحث وتجريب الناصر المستمرين في الموسيقى، وأيضا من خلال مشاركات المجموعة التي وصلت قرابة الـ 125 عرضا في مهرجانات محلية وعربية وعالمية ثقافية؛ في بيروت ودمشق وتونس والكويت وأغادير والدار البيضاء ومسقط والدوحة وباريس وجنوا وأفيزانو وباري وأمستردام وروتردام وفرانكفورت وميونخ وبرلين وبريمن وكولون وبيلفيلد وكييل وستوكهولم. 

ولا يكتفي الناصر بمشروعيه الموسيقيين الأساسيين: تأليف وتوزيع الموسيقى التصويرية، ومجموعة رم الموسيقية، إذ أن له اهتماماً خاص بالتراث الأردني والعربي والعالمي، ساعيا إلى إعادة توزيع الموسيقى فيه وتقديمه برؤية موسيقية جديدة مع الحفاظ على خصوصيته الموسيقية والغنائية والتاريخية. وقد أنجز في هذا المجال ألبوم "يا بوردين" بالتعاون مع أمانة عمان الكبرى، وتضمن أغان مختارة من التراث الاردني، وألبوم "زريف" لفرقة الفنون الشعبية الفلسطينية.
 يعد الناصر أول من قام بالمونتاج الموسيقي وتركيب المقطوعات الموسيقية على المشاهد الدرامية في الوطن العربي، وقد أسس فريق عمل درامي مدرب لتنفيذ المكساج وتركيب الموسيقى على المشاهد التلفزيونية والسينمائية في استديو "الناصر" الخاص به. ورغم شغفه الخاص بالتجريب والخروج من القوالب الموسيقية الجاهزة، إلا أنه لا ينكر مرجعياته، سواء كانت "مكانية" أو "روحية" أو "علمية". فهو يعترف بمعلميه الأوائل: باخ وبيتهوفن وموتسارت وكيتارو وعمر خيرت وعاصي الرحباني وزياد الرحباني، كل واحد فيهم قدم له أنموذجا ما اقتدى به، وأفاده في مشواره الموسيقي. يتعامل الناصر مع الموسيقى والتوزيع بشكل تلقائي، يكون مسبوقا بإعداد جيد، فهو يرى أن التلقائية ضرورة في عمله، لكنه لا يغفل أبدا المكان الصحيح لاستخدام كل آلة موسيقية. يؤمن الناصر أن الموسيقى تبرمج طاقة الإنسان، وأن الفوضى التي يعيشها الإنسان المعاصر تحتم وجود من يهندس هذه الحياة ويبعد عنها تأثير الفوضى، لذلك يسعى من خلال موسيقاه أن يمنح إحساسا بجمال الوجود الإنساني وبعمقه وتفجراته.
